If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns The following terms are applicable for any products o that You purchased with from a Seller or Purchased a Service from us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

You are entitled to cancel Your Order with a discussion with the actual Seller without giving any reason for doing so. The Seller has the Option to refund the same full or partial amount back to you as per his terms and conditions.

If the paid services of inventorybiz.com is not required to can deactivate the service from the seller login account, or if it’s a desktop or mobile version, you can uninstall the same.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform the seller your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Training Charges, Other installation Charges, on site visit will be not refunded, So You the customer will have to abide by the terms and conditions of the seller for a refund. For services provided by dcsinfoway or Inventory Biz®. if as per refund policy the amount has been agreed then the refund will be given within 14 days from the day on which We receive the agreement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Service, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return if the Seller agrees, please make sure that:
•The Products or Service were purchased in the last 15 days
•The Product or Service is not used and Customers who have used the service and then decided for alternative solutions
•The Product or Service may have bugs and the products will have fixes related to the product or OS, this will not be considered for refund..
•The supply of products or service made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
•The supply of products or service which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed or bundled with other items.
•Customised products or services taken from inventory Biz
We / Seller reserves the right to refuse returns of any Services / products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible to make an official email to email@example.com related to the issue and refund of the product, The support team will evaluate via online, phone or alternative means to approve the refund claim. Only Approved refunds by mail will be applicable and processed.
Inventory Biz ®.com will not be responsible for payments done for products, related to resellers or third party providing or installing the free services . Payments to be done only Via authorised Dealers or To DCS Infoway for the products or Service.
